Health
Crested Gecko/Mniarogekko Chahoua

Leaving our care will be a minimum of 5 grams if a gecko doesn't meet this specification we will consult with you to arrange a more suitable date for courier or shipment.

Fiji Iguanas
When leaving our care they will be 6 Weeks + of age and established feeding, drinking and shedding. Each individual will be supplied with A10 paperwork.

Upon arrival we would like confirmation your new reptile has arrived safely.

Any issues that arise should be bought to out attention as soon as possible.

We offer a 5 day health guarantee, This does not cover for improper care carried out by the new owner.

D.O.A 

(Dead on arrival) in the incredibly rare cause that your gecko arrives with you D.O.A we require photographic evidence to be sent to us within an hour of their arrival with you.

Sex/Gender  

Crested Gecko/Mniarogekko Chahoua under 15 grams are pore sexed to the best of our ability. If think your gecko is the opposite sex then we have stated please contact us as soon as you can so we can rectify this situation. This is uncommon but every now and again mistakes do happen.

- Whilst in our care a gecko you've bought should turn out to be the opposite sex to what has been stated, We can issue a full refund.

- Whilst in your care we will require photographic proof of the geckos pores and hemipenile bulges or lack of to arrange a plan going forward.

sex's will be stated as

Male / Female / Pos. Male / Pos. Female / Unsexed.

Tail Drops

We do not issue any refund if your gecko should drop its tail in our care/in transit

Payment Plan

We offer payment plans of up to 3 Months if you are looking to arrange a payment plan please contact us, we cannot always guarantee a plan. If a payment plan is agreed you must stick to the schedule we have set with you. If payments are not made on time, we have the right to put the individual back up for sale.

Deposit

A minimum deposit of 20% will be required to secure any individual, Deposits are non refundable.

Swaps

We do not allow swaps on individuals, payments can NOT be passed from one gecko to another.
